Get frame size information from Timeline/sequence into mogrt

It'd be nice - but probably not easy - to be able to get the destination Premiere Pro's sequence dimensions (and maybe other things such as frame rate maybe?) into an AE expression. This would allow us, for example, to make a one-size-fits-all mogrt that can be dropped into a PPro timeline and would adapt automagically to the sequence's size - with no input such as scaling needed in PPro.

I'm sure I'm not alone in having to export many different formats. I currently often create mogrts with a Format menu control, where the user can select from preset aspect ratios, and some expressions in the mogrt then take care of the positioning and scaling of layers and stuff. But it'd be lovely if this could be auto-detected somehow...perhaps in the same way I can use thisComp.width, maybe a thisSequence.width would get the target sequence's information. Obviously AE has no way of knowing the target sequence's dimensions when I'm setting up the mogrt, so maybe it could default to the current dimensions of the comp.
