Implementation of a Favorites System for Effects

I was looking for the possibility of having 'favorites' among the effects, so I can find them quickly. Is there a way?

The only one that comes to mind is to create a folder and copy the effects there, then update the list.

It would be more useful to be able to put a star and filter them quickly.
