Incorporate reference frames in generated fill layer

Sometimes (most of the time...), we want to integrate the reference frames in the generated fill.

In the current generated fills, reference frames are skipped over, which makes it necessary to keep all reference frames as well, after generating the fill.

Please let the user chose whether or not to integrate the reference frames in the fill.
