Independent column adjustment for "Mode" and "Track Matte"

New Track Matte functionality in AE 2023 is pretty cool, the UI needs to change to accomodate the fact that layer names are usually pretty long.  Picture below should be pretty self-explanitory.  In order to see the full name of a layer in the track matte column, you have to drag out the column separator, which is anchored to both the mode and track matte columns.  This is a waste of space in the Mode column and there's no other way to adjust this.  Being able to adjust the columns independently would fix this.
