Hey why couldn't we have Media Encoder directly embeded inside after effects just like your render queues but a separate window panel with media encoder?

Something similar to the Progress panel in Premiere Pro (PR) that allows us to monitor Media Encoder (ME) from within PR could be interesting in After Effects (AE); however, ME is designed specifically to allow us to use it separately either while AE is closed (for example, drag and drop an AE project to the AME Queue panel) or to allow us to keep working in AE while ME is rendering by sending Comps to it.

Same here. Unless I have a niche need to export an AE comp to Media Encoder, the AE render queue is relatively faster for 99 percent of situations.

Are your exports from Render Queue slow? Mine are fast.

Just a module.. only to make exports from AE a lot more smooth and quicker.

Hi,

Why do you need Media Encoder inside After Effects?
