Let us change the name of layers and sub-layers in the Properties channel

Let us change the names of layers and sub-layers in the Properties channel by pressing Enter key. For instance, when working with shape layers with a lot of sub-layers inside, it feels weird that you can't rename them there and have to go to the Timeline to do so.
