Lock options

sometimes, especially for itertive work & translations, i wish I could lock comps/precomps at the project level (in the project window vs the timeline window).

a way to still twirl down locked layers would be grat too. i dont always want to unlock a layer in order to copy keyframes or parent to something in a locked layer.

or maybe its already a feature i dont know how to access?
