Number box highlight visibility

Hi all,

I have great difficulty seeing if the value is selected or not in the AE number boxes. Slight colour vision impairment may be a reason, but I must blame the UI design too.

I am using a dark UI theme and the light cyan/blue focus indicator in white background is next to invisible to my eyes:

 

 

Appearance settings do not help. Can we please have some improvement in luminance contrast?

    Oh well, yeah I got your point. So this one is indeed a tricky one for you. Let's see if some product designers read this. 😉

      Thanks for the hint, but I am using a Wacom pen and that is very tricky. When opening a number box, a microscopic shift of the cursor is enough to lose the selection.

      I changed the Wacom "Double Click Distance" from off to a very large value if it would help. It seems to behave a little better. Still under testing if it causes a problem somewhere else.

        Never recognized this issue before, but you are right. I just had a look and it's really subtle.

        Still, one hint for you: As soon as you click on a value the whole number is automatically selected. When you click a secon time, it deselects. Hope that helps for now
