Option to disable timeline cursor highlight

I really struggle to see keyframes under this grey highlight. All we really need is the blue line, not the grey outline that's nearly the same colour as the keyframes underneath

If you zoom out of the timeline a bit, the gray shutter phase indicator will disappear.

Or just go back to how it used to be when it was easier to see.
