Optional Fully Fixed Comp and Viewer UI Workflow

For the type of work I do in AE I find it extremely annoying and disorienting that each comp is stored with it's own settings when it comes to column widths and which ones are enabled. When using OCIO it is also very impractical that each comp has it's own saved setting for the viewer regarding view transform/display device and other settings.

I'd love to see a user preference setting to completely lock/sync all comps to keep it all fixed and when it's changed anywhere it is updated on other comps as well.

We could work much faster and more consistent that way. Comps that have the same duration could also be more easily compared because you'll know the timeline width is exactly the same.
