Pick-whip Feature in Project Panel to connect assets/comps for Reduce Project

Current construct is such that Reduce Project ignores assets/properties/Expressions if these are not present in Comps selected priorly.

So, to overcome this quite prevalent issue, I'm looking at a Pick Whip feature in the Project Panel to connect assets/comps. So, assets/comps connected in this way will be part of the selection for Reduce Project.
