Power of eyedropper tool

Hi Adobe Community!

What if Adobe Photoshop and After Effects could have the power of eyedropper tool similar to Adobe Illustrator? It would be great if it could copy all of these elements, fonts, shape, and color; but even better even if it could copy only a certain set.
