Safe mode without Expressions

I wrote an expression that gets After Effects on its knees directly after opening or importing the project. It would be great when Safe Mode had an option to disable expressions, so the user can correct or remove the culprits.

Thanks for posting about this.

 

You should be able to enable Caps Lock (to disable rendering) before opening the project, which should allow you to remove the problematic expression. Please let us know if that doesn't work in this case.
