Scale independent Blur

I would like to have a Switch in the Gaussian Blur effect, to make it scale independent.

When I use footage at several scales, the blur is scaled along, but when compositing, sometimes it is nice to have the blur related to the composition, not the footage scale.

 

This switch should call 'Scale independent blur size'. And when it is set to e.g. 2 px, this should mean that the blur is 2px of the composition, independent of the Layer's scale.

Youa have an option (without precomposing) using the effect Transform effectm(Distort Category) instead using the own layers' transform properties. This way you can force AE to process the scale before the gaussian blur.
