Scroll with mouse wheel through drop down menus, blending modes, fonts etc. (windows)

Please make scrolling with your mouse wheel possible in dropdown menus, fonts, blending modes, etc. This makes the workflow so much better. I believe it is possible on mac, but not on windows.
