Show layer masks in the Properties panel

I think it would be useful if mask properties were displayed in the Properties panel as well.

They could show up similar to how the 'Layer Contents' appear for shape layers, where you select a mask from the list and adjust its properties accordingly.

This is similar to a request from @Mohala that Camera and Light Options be displayed, which is linked here.
