smooth zooming via mouse

Instead of jumping in intervals when zooming, I'd very much prefer a smooth means of zooming to go along with the smooth panning we have. Its one of the experience pleasantries I have with other apps and wish it were in AE as well.

Its nice for when dealing with details. Roto, checking key edges, etc.

A Composition window with and real time smooth zoom that can zoom in every scale the canvas. Like the one in Illustrator, Photoshop.
Is absurd that I use After from the first version, and this still aren't implemented!

hi can we pwease have scrubby zoom for after effects also? so that its easier to work between aftereffects and illustrator?

Every time I open AE and find out all my stuff has migrated to the latest update i scroll to zoom in between 50 and 100 to see if you have added one extra option you should have added decades ago.... Please!!! add either a custom %zoom or atleast 75%

yes, this is actually very funny that there is nothing between 50% and 100% view. Why is that?

This is really important, it's very frustrating the way it is.
If you are not going to implement it, at least add a 75% option...
