Timeline panel Duration pane - assigning a keyboard Shortcut

The pane buttons on the bottom left corner of the Timeline Panel are almost too small.
The first two have keyboard shortcuts attached to them - factory settings.

First:
A shortcut for the In/Out/Duration/Stretch panes is sorely missing, and I cannot find an option to add it via the shortcut assignment window.

Please assign a shortcut for toggling it on/of, or allow such manual assignment.

Second:
I realize that the ToolTips of the panes that DO have shortcuts - do not show the shortcuts in their ToolTips. I suspect many users may have an epiphany realizing this.

Please unify this behavior!
