Transform FX: separate dimensions of the Position.

yeah, sorry, the "FX" in the title stands for effect...

Oh I see, the effect: Transform, not just general transform.  Yeah, that makes sense.

I'm just asking for an "separate dimension" option in the Transform FX. It would be easier to work in the Graph Editor

Yes. But that's not possible with the Transform Effect. (to find under Distort)

Is that different to being able to either:

• right-click on the position property and choose Separate Dimensions
  or
• In Edit > Preferences > General, checking the box for Default Position Properties to Separate dimensions

I'm not trying to be clever, just wondering what you're suggesting as an idea.
