When will Adobe get around to fixing the way open recent works and saving that file??

So I open a file through either Recent or from selecting a file on the Welcome screen when I open AE… and go to save it, and it saves into the last folder I had used from a previous different client job. This has been a PITA for years now. PLEASE FIX!
