Color Settings scrolled to the bottom on open but custom settings are at the top

Cmd-Shift-K / Ctrl-Shift-K

Color Settings dialogue box opens scrolled to the bottom of the long list upon opening but custom settings (the ones you'd expect to a user to want, surely?) are shunted to the top of the list. Can it either not auto scroll to the bottom of the list, or if it has to, can the custom settings be appended rather than prepended?

Have to do this hundreds of times a year, I know it's a small thing but it's a lot time over the couple of decades I've been doing it!
