Bridge 2023 version 13.0.0.562, Windows 10Typing an equal sign in a file/folder name deletes name to the left.1. Select a file or folder, right click, choose Rename2. Type some characters followed by an equal sign, ex, "abc=d"Result: The whole filename left of the equal sign is deleted a) immediately after typing an equal sign if there are any characters after it, otherwise b) after typing any character after the equal sign. This also happens when pasting a name.This is not an issue in Bridge CS 5.

Bug: The iCloud Drive is not shown correctly on Macs. This concerns all macOS and OSX verisons supporting Apple's iCloud Drive. It is a special user folder and found in ~/Library/MobileDocuments, where as ~/Library is a hidden folder. It is possible to drag the iCould Drive into Favourits panel, but the folder is not recognized nor opened in Folder panel for further disk operations done within Bridge such as Move or Copy.

Change the alphabet back so that the ~ is up top. You screwed up the way all my files are organized. File Explorer and Bridge's alphabet used to match but you decided, once again, that you know better and changed it. Change it back.Change it back to where I can have mulitple windows open. Who does it help to have tabs?! If I wanted tabs I would have used them when they existed before. I don't want that, it seems a lot of others don't either. I want multiple windows. I'm moving files around from folder to folder all day, and it's eaiser to click and drag. Sometimes I have to be looking in mulitple locations scattered throughout years and years of files, and mulitple tabs doesn't allow me to see everything all at once like windows did. Just-- why did you even change that? Change it back!Also- smaller issue, why is the top bar of the screen white now and not black like before....please don't --- please just change it back... I WOULD just go back in updates, because this one is awful, but

When saving images in PhotoRaw, the Destination segment should have a "Add subfolder" underneath the "Save in same location" option. Lightroom used to have this function, and it makes saving edited images so much more convenient.Thank you.

I would say it's time to unify the zoom functions and have them stay the same across all Adobe photo editing platforms. The zoom shortcuts keep changing from update to update and platform to platform. This makes workflow clumsy while editing single photos, wether it's Lightroom, CameraRaw or Photoshop. We need a steady shortcut for 100% and fit for screen, and we need a seamless target zoom, like the one in Raw at the moment (shift/command+/space+mouse). The functions also can't change between CameraRaw's Edit-window and Masking-window. I suggest the following:command+0 = fit for screenoption+command+0 = 100%option+command+mouse drag on picture = targeted seamless zoom 1%-800%Thank you.

The new Bridge features are great, but there are some concerns.・Flickering blue frame to focus the panel is irritating・Conversely, the tabs in the content panel have no lines, and the boundaries between folder names are ambiguous and difficult to see.・I want you to be able to change the workspace name by dragging・I want you to fix that the order when sorting by file name is different from the past (it is different from Windows)・I want you to be able to add separators to favorite tabs.・I want to be able to sort by dragging the filter itemsThank you.

Used to be able to accurately move across directories with arrow and modifier keys, now navigation is broken. Moving between directories with the arrow keys either doesn't work for a dozen button presses, or resets several folders to the left when trying to navigate one to the right. Also please make it so the info panel remembers which pane i have open/collapsed instead of starting me in a reset view each time i open the pane.

For a while not it's not been possible to edit Categories or Supplemental categories in Bridge. And now it seems you can't edit Urgency either. It's been a long frustration not being able to do this as it's something that I have to add to be compatible with uploading to the agency which represents my pictures. So, to add these I had to purchase and continue to use Photo Mechanic to be able to do this. It's an addition to workflow that continues to be a pain to be honest. Could Adobe keep this functionality within the Adobe family as opposed to users who need this functionality having to 'go elsewhere' to Photo Mechanic. It'f frustrating as I can see the categories etc in IPTC IIM Legacy, but not edit them.

It comes up with the error: HRESULT error: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action. This is super frustrating and even reinstalling it and restarting has had no effect.

KB shortcut to toggle between and close content tabs. New windows (now replaced by new content tabs) could previously be toggled between and closed using the KB. Please introduce, thank you.

In full screen mode all images look blurred and pixelated, even large and high resolution images. That used to be much better. Even images that have the native resolution of the monitor I use (4K), they are not previewed in the exact size when set to 100%. They should perfectly fill the whole monitor, but they are shown larger and zoomed in. This makes them pixelated.

TAB used to show or hide the side panels. Now this doesn't work anymore.

In the Batch Rename user interface, it is difficult to read the Current Filename and New Filename because there is no differentiation between the label and the text.Perhaps put colons after the labels, or set them in bold?

1) Super easy feature but will be super useful: add the total number of keywords assigned to an asset to the "assigned keywords" in the keyword panel and also in the asset "File Info" screen. Since a lot of stock agencies have an upper limit on how many keywords to assign, it's very easy to put more and have to delete the extra ones later which is time consuming. Having a counter in those places will save a lot of time!2) More advanced: have to ability set an upper limit to how many keywords can be assigned to an asset.

This is driving me absolutely insane to the point where I'm avoiding using Bridge 2023 as much as possible. The folders tab sorts the folder Alphabetically, but the Content tab sorts it numerically. I want both of them to sort numerically. Would you agree that 29 is smaller than 1210800 ? I would too.

In the 'Content' panel, when selecting multiple images, holding shift only works half the time. It will select the first and last but not the middle images. When reordering images it jumps back to the beginning of the scroll bar after moving something. Soooooo annoying!!!! Also the images reordering when you move more than 1, what is that?

I'm scripting in Adobe Bridge.As of 2023, app.document.setPresentationMode("browser", path) no longer works.app.document.presentationMode now also returns "undefined".I think this is due to the fact that the display method has changed to Content Tab. Will it be improved?

it's essential for me bridge to view and show alias files and folders properly. now it appears just like a thumbnail, so it's unusable. thanks

Bridge slideshow not working at all in the latest update, either via menu or spacebar

The new Bridge version 13.0.0.562 has a bright Title bar theme. It distracts the user, it's annoying. Can you set theme as OS settings? Thanks

Bridge used to have the function of displaying the total size (MB) for multiple selected files. Has been gone for many years. When emailing multiple files, it it vital to know the size of 3, 4 or more total files. Why was it removed? Now it only says . Damn. Bridge is going backwards in its usefulness.

I’ve always noticed the slow thumbnail generation speed, but right now I compared it to Blender’s default EXR thumbnail generation speed. Of course, you guys are creating higher-quality thumbnails and storing them on disk for me, but Blender takes seconds compared to minutes—a lot of minutes for 200 EXR files at 50 MB each.

The number of Arm and Snapdragon Windows PCs is increasing.Please make Bridge compatible as soon as possible.Many users are having trouble.

With the support of SBSAR , it should also be useful to support 3D files format like glTF, glb, or USD as well as ASD ...Either for Thumbnail generation but also for preview if possible.It should be useful too to extract some metadata like shader, appearance or scene info in metadata panel...
