There is a new file type, .JXL.
It's supposed to support HDR and all that. And it does.
But the thing is, Bridge and PS don't read the .JXL file, all they give you is a bad preview of it. If you open camera raw, you'll be able to see the HDR in the photo, but when you save and go back to Bridge/PS, you won't see the changes.
Very frustrating, as I'm using HDR more and more. Would like to see an update soon because the HDR feature is basically useless for now.
Also, deleting the .JXL ALSO deletes the .raw file attached to it, that's just ridiculous...
And of course I'm using the latest versions of both programs.
