More control over what is displayed. I want to turn off the image title when projecting for my camer

The image title cannot be turned off at present (or I haven't found a way to do it yet) when I project the images at my camera club competitions. I must be able to retain the ratings though. Currently they cause the title to re-appear and continue to be displayed on subsequent images.
