Preview Output is Unusable

Bridge version 13 does not adjust the size of the output preview so I can view the entire file, and it hides the reset button at the bottom, forcing me to scroll down and over to reset. In addition, even with all the dropdown options closed on the output settings panel, I have to manually scroll down to "EXPORT" to PDF. When doing dozens of photos in a single job, the time required to constant scroll to click the required button is substantial.
