Audio Hardware - Compressors and Noise Gates

I would like to see more flexibility, within the application, to apply various compressor and noise gate settings, through some type of audio mixer, that works with stand alone microphones. Currently there are very limiting options to adjust such settings. I would like to see ratios, thresholds, gains, etc. built-in to the application.

    What kind of hardware are you using? Do you have a headset with an external microphone pointed at your mouth?

    I just started using for live streaming and I have a fan that I have on a lot next to me and it is always picking the fan noise up when I turn my head to look at chat on my second monitor.  I do not have this issue in any other programs just in Character Animator.
