Cancelation of free trial

I hope you are well.
I am contacting you regarding an unexpected charge on my account.
I signed up for a free trial and cancelled my subscription on January 26, before the trial period ended. However, I was still charged on January 29.
Since the subscription was cancelled prior to the billing date, I should not have been charged. Could you please review my account and process a refund for this incorrect charge?
