how can I restore stream section

my stream section is blank, I've created my puppet on record section but as soon as I click stream it becomes blank. please assist to restore

    Are there no panels that show up when you switch to Stream mode, or that there are panels but the Scene panel is blank? If the former, try choosing Window > Workspace > Reset "Stream" to see if the panels reappear. If the latter, do you see any controls in the lower-right corner of the Scene panel? If so, try Alt/Option-clicking the Refresh icon to see if that helps.
