Some suggestions to make the app even better

Hello everybody!

I have been using Character Animator for a little more than 3 months now and I must say that I love it! It is by far the fastest way for me to animate my characters without losing time doing lip sync and body movements.

I want to share with the developpement team some improvements that could be made for the future updates (hopefully they will be implemented!)

First of all, I don't understand the zoom logic on the puppet track segment : When I hold the option and use my mouse wheel, it always brings to far to the right from where my mouse is. Audition is way better in terme of that : when you hold option, your zoom is centered on your current frame position, and when you hold command, your mouse position dictates where to zoom.

Second of all, I haven't figure out yet if there is anyway to import puppet or psd/ai files that are stored in my Adobe Creative Cloud. If there is, it would be nice of you to tel me how, it could save me some storage space on my computer!

And lastly, I am mind blown by the walking behaviour, it makes me save a lot of time, but I figured out that, because my character don't have any neck, and the head is resting of the shoulders, the neck tag position balances with the body, but the rest of the head is motionless, which doesn't look so good. This can be solved by making the head independent, but then the face can do its life, and when the character stops moving, the body doesn't move with the head anymore. This also can be solved by making two version of the same character : one walking and the other one standing, but it keeps getting the puppet track segment complicated while I would enjoy keeping everything easy.

I attached two videos showing this issue.

This post might seem quite negative, but in fact it is not! I love Character Animator and its features, and even though I'm a French user and French lip sync is quite limited and unaccurate sometimes, I'm more than happy with this technology!
