Add "Toggle Sync Locks" to keyboard commands/shortcuts

In premiere. When you're cutting and in the flow- especially with dialogue, I feel it is a   waste of time and clicks to have to click the “toggle sync lock” button on the timeline/track area - every time I want to use that command .if there was a way to map that command to a key or series of keys.. would make trimming much faster for me. and maybe other people.. I could toggle a key thats mapped to each track or all tracks- and that would allow me to ripple and roll edit more dynamically 

i’ve also tried posting this three different times to the future request form and premier and it won’t post it ends up here. I don’t know what the problem is so it’s just gonna stay here and I’m not moving it
