Adobe Creative Cloud products supported in virtual desktops and Citrix

Adobe Creative Cloud products should be usable in virtual desktop environments such as VMWare and Citrix.  this has been the direction the IT industry has been moving in for some extended period of time now due to the lower overhead of centrally managed installations.  Recent experience with Adobe Support is that they decline to provide assistance as "Adobe products are not supported in virtual environments".

This is definately a competative disadvantage.
