ADOBE EXPRESS FEATURE REQUEST: Convert to GIF should allow you to pick range of frames

I needed to make a GIF from a portion of a video I made and wanted to use the "Convert to GIF" feature of Adobe Express (since, let's be honest, making GIFs is terrible in Premiere or Photoshop).

When I dragged my video to the UI, I got an error message, "Video is longer than 1 minute. Please try a shorter video."

This makes the function, that I was really excited to use, far less appealing. This would be a much more useful tool if, after uploading the video, you were presented with an option to pick which range os frames you'd like to use for the GIF. It's fine if that range needs to be under a minute, but you really should be able to pick what will be in the final GIF. It seems crazy to not let you use the tool at all if your video is over a minute.
