Auto linking preferences and shortcuts to software from Creative Cloud

I recently re-installed Windows and I forgot to export my workspaces, shortcuts, and settings. I know that I have a manual option of export and I heard that I could do manual linking, but I believe that having auto-saving preferences from apps to creative cloud would be a very useful feature.
