Can the ability to block access to beta software entirely be added to organisational accounts regardless of where the software is downloaded from?

Thanks, @Nik31545946w47g . I'm checking with the team on what's possible. Typically for enterprise deployments, the devices are also owned/controlled by the enterprise. We might just need to add this feature request to our roadmap.

@Kalvyn Rasquinha Yes, we provision the accounts/they're owned by us and are allocated to their federated accounts from the admin console.

Thanks for clarifying, @Nik31545946w47g . Are the student accounts provisioned by you/the admin or are the students using independent accounts?

Hi @Kalvyn Rasquinha this only works for packages deployed via IT tools. Our environment is a school, where student devices are self-provided and unmanaged. Teaching devices are provided by the organisation and are managed. We disable beta versions of the software on the managed devices already through the methods you've provided. However, we have students who install beta versions of Adobe software from the Creative Cloud website which we cannot bloke. Our request is that we should be able to block access on that portal too.

Hi @Nik31545946w47g . See https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/customize-creative-cloud-app.html for how an admin can configure the Creative Cloud desktop app to prevent others on the team from installing beta apps.
