Bring back sync settings

Sync Settings was such a great feature, I really don't understand why it has gone, it makes sense to have it considering Creative Cloud is a subscription based software which allows you to use your license on any computer. 

I've recently had issue with my MacBook at work so I have been given a temporary one to use, if we had Sync Settings available I would easily be able to continue working without much disruption to my day but now it has gone I'm having to setup each Adobe progam with my user settings. I did use the export user settings via Illustrator and Indesign but the when I try to import the settings I get an error message, '

Settings in the file do not match the current locale. Settings were not imported.' This isn't helpful so I now I have to set them up manually, which is such a waste of time!
