Can we assign products to multiple groups at the same time?

Can we assign products to multiple groups at the same time?

I have 44 groups (School\Teachers, k-6\School\students, 7-12\school\students).  I have go assign each product to each group one at a time.  What if I had 50 or 100.  Assigning a product to multiple groups at the same time would save so much time.
