CC bandwidth setting

Hope this is the right place to ask? If not, who should I ask?
Until recently the Creative Cloud app and downloader used to have an option in the preferences to set the amount of internet bandwidth the app used while downloading.
It’s gone. At least in my case when CC is downloading app updates my mac slows to a halt for any other internet activity.
Can we have that back please?
