Content Analysis should be an opt-in feature

Please have Content Analysis disabled by default, or ask people if they want to enable it from the start.

I just found out about the existence of Content Analysis via social media.  While I don't have a problem with the existence of the feature (with proper care, AI might become a powerful tool for artists), I do have a problem with how I found out about it and the fact that it is currently an opt-out feature.  Regardless of the intentions, not asking for permission to use our stuff is disrespectful.
