Download folders from Creative Cloud

I learned in a support chat that you can download "up to 10 files of similar format", but this is of no use for tranferring batches of files to clients, moving work between accounts, or simply PREPARING TO BE OFFLINE for any reason.

In addition, this existing functionality is poorly visible in the desktop CC Application (only visible in "..." dropdown, not in right click or standard sidebar) and not available on web at all.

It is essential in a professional creative tool that we be able to download our files and folders efficiently and without losing our folder structures. Google drive, on hundreds of GB of downloads, will break it out into separate archives, but maintain the internal folders. I would also be super receptive (knowing this requires conversion to offline formats) to a "be notified when your download is ready" situation. I would rather take back my hours of time & wait for a download than actively supervise the whole affair or compromise my own tasks' completion.
