Download throttler required

Hi there, Creative Clouds download facility needs a bandwidth throttler. When I am updating CC applications, my Internet link slows down so much that it becomes unusably slow until the updates finish. Sometimes speed is not of the essence, getting other work done while updates happen in the background is. I would suggest a slider that allows you to limit the bandwidth usage from 0-100% or some such.
