[Feature Request] Multiple Logons

This has got to be a common problem.

I have a personal Photohop/Illustrator account that I use at work for work, and at home for fun.

While at work I also need access to Acrobat Pro to edit PDFs which is provided by my employer.  It's a real gargantuan pain to have to completely close Photoshop to work with Acrobat and vice versa.

Please fix this.  As the Acrobat situation is likely the most common app this happens with, maybe just start with allowing that application to login to Adobe indepentent of the Creative Cloud Desktop.

Hi

@Triumph5C4D

,

Welcome to the community! Thanks for reaching out!

Here are a couple of potential workarounds which you can try:

  1. Use Acrobat Pro Web (Document Cloud):

If the tasks are light (form filling, minor edits), Acrobat online (via https://adobe.ly/4kJgqK4) may serve as a workaround without switching accounts.

2. Create a Secondary User Profile on the OS:

  • On Mac or Windows, create a second user account (e.g., “Work Adobe”).

  • Log into that account using the employer-provided Adobe ID.

  • You can switch between user profiles quickly to access Acrobat without logging out of your personal Creative Cloud account.

Regards,

Tarun
