Fully Automate License assignment on Adobe Admin Console

I would like to add new feature to Admin Console to help me fully automate the licnesing assigment process using AD sync tool. 

Here is how the workflow would fully automate the process for ordering any Adobe license

• The current workflow. 
  1. The user goes to SCCM to request one of adobe products.
  2. Automation script runs to open a ticket on our ticketing system and ask for manager approval.
  3. Once manager approves the ticket. Ticket changes the status so that IT tech start working on it.
  4. IT tech opens Active Directory and add the user to AD group. Then process buying PO manually estimate 4 days delay.
  5. Adobe sync tool sync every hour with adobe.com to assign the appropriate product to the user.
  6. User receives email from adobe and sign in with SSO.
  7. Once user leaves the company, he will get removed from the AD group and by that the license will be available to be assigned to anyone else immediatly.
• I'm looking to eliminating step no. 4. “IT tech opens Active Directory and add the user to AD group.”
• Once i fully automate the process now, i lose visability on how many license still left and i will not know if i reached the limit.
• I'm looking if Adobe can do the following.
  • If the Admin Console can alert me/us by emailing us once we over assign license to any of the products. Within these 7 days we would cut a PO and process with the payment.
• Basiclly instead of having the user wait till i process the PO, i want to give the user the license immediatly and we cut PO later (within 7 days). 
• My ask is simple. I want to give the users 7 days licnse and Admin console send alerting when i need to buy more lisense. 
• By doing that there is massive gain. 
  • Within one hour the user is using the product.
  • No human intervention, all automated. No errors.
  • When user get termed, the license can be reassigned immediately to someone else.
  • We only buy additional license when needed.
  • Cut PO only once a week instead of doing it for each request, estimate 4 days of delay for each request in the current process.
