Interface language

Why such a big an experienced in making software company can't make a simple thing. To change language in Photoshop interface, you need to uninstal the app from PC. What?  are you serious? Have you heared something about language libraries that can be instaled once you install the app or may be added after? I just want to open "preferences" go to language dropout box an to select language I need. Even In Lightroom I can do this. Thats ALL FOLKS, and Think about it...

Hi Yugin, 

To change language in Ps, one can install the new langauge pack, reinstallation is not required. Please select the the new language from the CCD Preferences, Apps panel. Then install the Ps, it would install only the language pack. Open the Ps and the new language will be available in Ps preferences to be selected.
