Is Adobe testing software on its clients? How to improve Creative Cloud.

Why did Adobe withdraw Adobe XD software without informing customers? Why wasn't the Adobe XD subscriber list ready on the day of the withdrawal? This caused an error of Adobe XD software missing in CC. I have the impression that Adobe or the department responsible for distributing new and updated software is not testing it before deployment, but is waiting for irritated customers to report problems. Even the latest version of CC v5.10 has visual errors that are easy to catch (example in screenshots), indicating that changes are being made in a hurry. As a person professionally involved in software testing, I would like to share some comments on Adobe's software distribution.

1. Introduction of software with an extended support period - LTS.
2. Introduce novelties and latest features outside of LTS.
3. Introduce novelties and new features to LTS after removing glaring bugs (after tests from point 2).
4. Leave all previous versions of programs (from the first versions) in the CC package - with a note on lack of support and assistance, if it is no longer possible.
These are only 4 points, but very important. Dear Adobe community/customers, if you think that such solutions will improve the functioning of the programs, please vote for this post.
