if you're an admin for a teams/enterprise subscription, no is the answer and your post is in the correct forum to request that feature.

unfortunately, that request has been made many times previously.  apparently, there's some privacy issue preventing it's implementation.

Adobe doesn't store information about when an account was used, only whether it is able to be used.
