I need to update Adobe photoshop 2021 to Adobe photoshop 2023 but the software was pre activated and downloaded online. I want to update and manage software not installed from Adobe creative cloud including the apps that have their free trial expired.

no i am asking for the abillty to mange and update apps not installed from adobe creative cloud including ones who have their free truak expired. that is what abillty i want.

your suggestion is unclear.  are you asking for the ability to manage cc apps without using the cc desktop app?
