License usage stats

It would be great to be able to see actual license usage data on an enterprise license

Many users in an org would profess to "needing" an Adobe DC or Pro license, when in fact they don't.

I'd like to be able to say with airtight evidence that X user has not availed of their assigned licence(s) for 6 months for example and to provide a reason for keeping it.

Or that Adobe would automate such a process that it warns users that due to inactivity, their license will be taken away unless a valid reason is supplied, which then goes to the console admin to approve or disallow. but also have the ability to exempt certian users (c-suite for example) from this automation.

Underused/unused licences is prevalent everywhere and this would be a very welcome addition
