Make it run on Linux, because Microslop makes me want to tear my eyes out

Microslop is literal torture to use, and inhibits the human souls ability to be creative. Mac is fine I guess, but doesn’t let us choose the graphic card, nor build custom beauties. Linux is the way.

Just make creative cloud run on the penguin already. Thanks

I know this is a point of contention, but it is needed. Please Adobe - reconsider.

these are user forums.

sometimes adobe employees check some of the posts, but even they have no influence on this.

Thats the funny thing about change, something can be consistently one way for decades, and then a catalyst event happens and suddenly the landscape is entirely different. Like when the iPhone came out, or the light bulb. Decades, Hundreds of years, thousands of years, of nothing and then in one moment everything changed.

The landscape of computing is already dominated by Linux, its just simply been unable to stall Microsoft’s momentum from decades of goodwill in one compute space. But suddenly Microsoft finds itself on the backfoot, as Wine Win32 library is completed, Proton keeps improving, Developers have already moved to Linux (78%), Gamers are moving to Linux. (11% in English Countries)

Nothing has changed? The Tide has changed, Linux is pulling people to it, and I would argue it better to go out with the tide if your sailing then find yourself beached.

Technologically, the game has also changed, before Adobe would have had to make essentially a 3rd product line which would have been insane amounts of coding and recoding, but now they can just use the windows version and bundle a Wine Fork tuned for Adobe into the launcher. Same code base, and an already proven method by Valve to get Windows Software to run on Linux with negligible performance hits.
