Notifications for exceeding license limit when using group based licensing

Would be useful to be able to receive email or other notifications when assigning licensing based on groups (Active Directory in this case).
This is a nice feature but using it would not necessarily require us to be on the portal at all times for license assignment and it is possible to overextend license assignments without knowing it for some time.
