Optimize update size

Hello. Is there any chance you could handle product updates better? Every time a new version of, let's say, Photoshop comes out, I need to download ~2 GB of data (the Adobe Creative Cloud app downloads the full installer for the specific version instead of just downloading the files that got updated). I don't have fiber internet, and it takes like an hour to download that amount of data.

Also, [I'm not sure if you consider this off-topic or just a bug] today the first time I tried to update Photoshop, it failed on unziping the downloaded files, because I had not enough space on the disk, so I cleaned the space, clicked Retry and... Adobe Creative Cloud seem to removed all the downloaded files (I don't think that should happen; if the downloaded files are not corrupted, why remove them?), since I had to re-download 2 GB+ of data once again.
